Brooke is a family lawyer providing assistance in all family law matters including parenting disputes, property settlements, de-facto relationships, child support matters and domestic violence matters.

Brooke joined MBA Lawyers in 2018 as a paralegal and then law graduate, and has exclusively worked in family law since 2017. Prior to joining MBA Lawyers, Brooke worked with the team at the Specialist Domestic and Family Violence Court in Southport and completed her Practical Legal Training at a well-known family law firm on the Gold Coast. 

In 2017, Brooke graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University, achieving First in Class in Bond University’s Family Law course. Officially admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2018, Brooke now works closely with Partner and Accredited Specialist Stephanie Murray, and is an integral part of MBA Lawyer’s outstanding family law department.

As an expert in family law, Brooke is passionate about offering a high level of client care and providing her clients with a tailored approach to achieve the best possible outcome. 

Brooke is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Law Council of Australia, Gold Coast District Law Association, Gold Coast Centre Against Sexual Violence and Family Law Practitioners’ Association. In addition, Brooke is the current Vice President of Business Networking International at Burleigh Heads.
