About Frank Nardone

Practising exclusively in construction law for over 29 years, Frank has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts (traditional, D&C, ECI & Alliance), subcontracts and consultancy agreements. He also regularly provides ongoing advice during projects.

Frank is well experienced in representing clients in construction disputes whether the forum be the courts, arbitration, expert determination or mediation. A particular speciality is making and defending rapid adjudication claims and, where necessary, applying to the court to set aside adjudication decisions for jurisdictional error.
His experience extends across all issues that arise on construction projects including defects, variations, latent conditions, liquidated damages, delay damages, programming & payment disputes.

Frank represents clients across all sectors of the commercial construction industry, including builders, owners (public, private and body corporate), subcontractors and consultants.

Frank’s experience and knowledge of the construction industry allows him to give early strategic advice to clients and to implement commercial solutions in a timely way.

Frank worked at both boutique and national firms before joining MBA Lawyers.
