I would like to pass on our sincere thanks to the MBA team, and in particular to Tessa Calver-James. Throughout our dispute application Tessa displayed genuine understanding and compassion, and she always advised us in a professional, reliable manner. As you are well aware our matter was drawn out over a number of years for reasons beyond our control, and as difficult and frustrating as it was for us at times support and guidance from MBA never wavered as we worked toward the end goal. I would personally like to acknowledge your good self (Clayton) for your belief and encouragement, and for giving me the confidence to pursue this matter initially.
