Katia specialises in corporate restructures, corporate governance strategies, franchising, commercial leasing, intellectual property, and small business transactions. Since starting her legal career in 2021 as a law clerk while completing her studies at Southern Cross University, she has developed a strong foundation in advising clients on complex commercial matters.

Being admitted as a lawyer in 2023, Katia has gained experience in acting for franchisors, assisting with corporate governance development, corporate restructures, and drafting key franchise agreements and commercial documents. Her corporate restructure work has included gaining in- depth knowledge of the transport industry, advising national businesses on restructuring to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

In her spare time, Katia enjoys reading, going to the gym, spending quality time with her partner and their three sausage dogs, and catching up with friends and family.
