Since the firm’s inception, we have been pioneers of the body corporate industry with Managing Partner of the firm, Clayton, being a leading expert in body corporate law throughout Queensland and New South Wales, having held positions as the founding lawyer for the Association of Queensland Bodies Corporate Association, a previous Chairman of the Sanctuary Cove Community Services Limited which oversees the entire Sanctuary Cove development and lecturing roles for both the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and Bond University. His extensive contributions to the field include publishing numerous articles and papers, some of which have been featured in esteemed publications like the Gold Coast Bulletin and the Courier Mail, with his expertise being sought out by the Queensland Government for potential legislative changes to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act and redevelopment laws impacting both developers and lot owners in Queensland.
