My life changed in November 2017 when I had a fall at work which left me with a catastrophic spinal cord injury. The obvious changes to my life meant that I required the help of a legal advisor to help me in any claim for compensation I might have been entitled to. This area is a minefield but I was very lucky to be pointed in the direction of White Jordin as part of the MBA Group. The whole team were incredible, the detail they went into, the drive and passion and the empathy towards myself were not only refreshing, but gave me the belief that they would get me the best result.

And boy did they deliver, the compensation I received was far in excess of anything I could have dreamed of, and at the end during that mediation process Mitchell and his team were in the room with me, making a very tense day rather more than I could have hoped. Not only did I get a fantastic result which has set me up for the rest of my life, but the legal bill was way less than I had been expecting. So please, don’t look any further than this team, nobody will get you a better deal, nobody will be more honest and I regard the team as my go to forever. I was hopeless with the accident. I had no idea for the solution on my own. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Mitchell Clark and his team for dealing with this in a difficult situation. It took some time yet it finally paid off.

I would like to pass on our sincere thanks to the MBA team, and in particular to Tessa Calver-James. Throughout our dispute application Tessa displayed genuine understanding and compassion, and she always advised us in a professional, reliable manner. As you are well aware our matter was drawn out over a number of years for reasons beyond our control, and as difficult and frustrating as it was for us at times support and guidance from MBA never wavered as we worked toward the end goal.
