Having built her career within the Corporate, Commercial and Property team, Kate developed extensive experience in management rights, estate planning and all aspects of commercial law before transitioning into executive leadership.

Appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2026, Kate leads the firm’s strategic direction, operations and business performance. Her appointment reflects the confidence the Partnership has in her exceptional leadership, commercial acumen and unwavering commitment to MBA Lawyers.

Throughout her career, Kate has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, implementing innovative systems and processes, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Away from the office, you will find Kate making the most of the Gold Coast lifestyle, spending quality time with her 16-year-old son, walking to very cute cavoodles and following the NRL during the season.
