Jessica Hoy

Jessica is a Lawyer at MBA Lawyers, specialising in Family Law. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2024 and to the High Court of Australia in July 2025.

With over eight years of experience in the legal industry, Jessica began her career in Property and Conveyancing before discovering her passion for Family Law in 2023. She assists clients with a wide range of matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, consent orders, and binding financial agreements.

Working closely under the guidance of Aleena, the firm’s Family Law Partner, Jessica is committed to helping clients navigate what is often one of the most challenging times in their lives. She approaches each matter with compassion, clarity, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcome.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time on the golf course, baking, and relaxing with her Kelpie.
