With Kate’s wealth of knowledge and deep commitment to the firm, it has been a natural progression for her to take the reigns as Operation Manager in 2024, given her proven track record of tireless hard work, dedication and professionalism.

Throughout Kate’s tenure, she has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and supporting the firm’s growth across multiple practice areas. Her ability to adapt to an ever-evolving legal landscape, combined with a passion for continuous improvement, makes her an invaluable asset to the firm.

Outside of work, you will find Kate spending time with her husband, son and two cavoodles and planning their next overseas adventure.
