About Kelsey Huebner

Kelsey graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2011 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012 whilst working at a mid-tier firm in North Queensland where she primarily worked in the property and commercial departments. In 2014 Kelsey made the move down south to the Gold Coast joining a boutique accommodation firm where she rose through the ranks due to her keen eye for detail, efficiency and ability to provide clear, easy to understand commercial advice to her clients to help them achieve their desired result.

Kelsey is a presenter in the management rights sector, current member of the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA), was involved in the shaping of the most recent management rights special conditions and is passionate about attending ARAMA and other industry functions and supporting the management rights industry as a whole.

With over a decade’s worth of experience, Kelsey has acted on managements rights not only in Queensland, but Australia wide and can assist Mum and Dad operators, consortiums or large corporates with not only buying and selling management rights businesses, but also securing tenure on their agreements, varying their arrangements, subdividing their lot and decoupling it from the management rights business to provide a more saleable asset and safeguarding their investment within the management rights sector.

Kelsey has also assisted bodies corporates in assignments and variations of caretaking and letting agreements, registration of new community managements statements and protecting their interests and guaranteeing compliance with the intricate nature that is strata law.

In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys travelling and swimming and can be regularly found testing out the newest cafes on the Gold Coast or spending time at the beach with her dog Atlas.
